Our Office

First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. During that time, we will review your dental and medical history, examine your mouth for decay, periodontal problems, jaw discomfort and any signs of cancer, and discuss your primary concerns. We may also take x-rays and digital photographs, and if necessary, impressions for study models to aid in planning your treatment.

If a diagnosis is evident at this appointment, we will discuss treatment options and methods with you as well as give you a general estimate of the cost. We encourage you to ask questions, and we will be glad to address any concerns you may have.

Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours: Monday  Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


We reserve your appointment time especially for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 24-hours in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances may require you to miss an appointment.

However, after missing your second appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged an additional fee.


Many of our patients are covered by dental insurance.

However, every policy is not the same.

Following your initial exam, our doctors will explain their treatment recommendations, alternative treatment options, and the estimated cost.

After your procedure(s), we provide a detailed statement for your insurance provider. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits, and will assist you in receiving reimbursement from your carrier as quickly as possible.

Credit Cards

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and we also participate with Care Credit. If special arrangements are necessary, please speak with our office manager prior to receiving service. She can also assist you with any questions you may have.
